The complete business process, documented as one map. One PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) job sits at the centre; each numbered branch is a stage of the job, in the order the work actually runs — with the register or format filled at each step, every approval or decision gate and its approver, the spots where the process breaks today, and (toggle) the ERPNext destination of each artefact.

Reading the map: the branches are the twelve stages of a job, numbered in running order — they read straight down: stages 1–5 take the job from enquiry to a production-ready plan, stages 6–11 take the material from purchase to commercial closure, and stage 12 (IT) supports all of them continuously. The cross-cutting controls are distributed into the stages they touch: locks at order release (2), drawing/BOM release (4) and invoicing (9); back-dated-entry audit in fabrication (8) and period closing in settlement (11); subcontractor capacity & rating at both awards (6, 10); WIP in fabrication; make-to-stock in stores; the cash-outflow report in procurement and the AI insight in planning (KTree deliverables).
